Hasten Recovery is the same as Health Augment, except it only procs like every 5 hits or so. a health augment has more effect and is way less restrictive. Nerg setbonus is also pretty trash hence why also reduced from 3p to 2p with iceborne. the incomeing dmg is just too fast and too high. Hasten Recovery IS another source of healing, but it's inconsistent and not really something you build for, but rather a nice little bonus you happen to get for using two pieces of Ruinerg or a. Its just not a good setbonus for master rank dmg. vaals bonus would be good if it was a decoration or if it wouldnt REQUIRE recovery speed 3 just to be halfway noticeable. waste of a setbonus thats actually helpful. dont bother useing it on any other weapon.

the only setup where its decent is with a regen HH like someone here said already. All Weapons will juggle from control effects to their primary element.

All Weapons that do have a skill function will now inherit +200 Defense to regain their advantage. hence why the devs reduced it to just 2p from 3p in basegame. All Weapons that are without any skill functions will now have Hasten Recovery.
